Clinical Manual Therapy · Chronic Pain · Boca Raton

The pain isn't where the problem is.

If massage feels good for a day and the pain comes back, nobody has found the reason yet. I've spent thirty years finding it — the joint that stopped moving, the tissue that locked down around it, the pattern your body built to cope. Then I fix that.

By design, I take only 15 sessions per week. Every client gets my full attention and my best work.

The hands the pros used. NFL · PGA · UFC · Olympic athletes — 30+ years of clinical experience.

Why what you've tried hasn't held

You don't have a pain problem. You have a movement problem that hurts.

A spa massage rubs where it hurts. An adjustment holds until Thursday. A round of PT exercises the sore spot. All of it treats the place that's complaining — none of it asks why that place got overworked in the first place.

Pain is usually the most honest employee in the building — the one doing three jobs because something else quit. A shoulder that aches because a mid-back stopped rotating. A low back that seizes because a hip stopped hinging. I assess the whole system first, find what actually quit, and put my hands on that. The complaining stops when the workload gets redistributed.

Then I teach you the two or three specific things that keep it that way — so you're not booked on my table forever. That's the goal: order, not dependence.

01

Assess

Your first visit starts with a full-body movement assessment — joint by joint — plus hands-on evaluation of the tissue. You leave knowing, in plain English, what's actually driving the pain. Most clients hear something no one has told them before.

02

Treat

Focused clinical manual therapy — deep, specific, structural work on the restrictions we found, in the order that moves the needle most. Not a rub-down. A correction.

03

Teach

You keep what we build. Simple movement work — no gym, no equipment beyond a band — locks in the change between sessions and puts you back in charge of your own body.

Sessions & Pricing

Serious work, for a small roster.

Every client starts with an assessment. No exceptions — I don't put hands on a body I haven't assessed.

From the roster

What clients say when the body finally cooperates.

I've learned that getting treatment for pain was a revolving door, and only by getting to the bottom of what was causing the pain did I see improvement.

I've had a lot of massage over the years for chronic neck pain. I had never experienced myofascial release until I came here. It feels entirely different than anything I've experienced before — and the results are lasting.

About Don Stanley

Thirty years of hands. A short roster by design.

I've spent over three decades doing clinical manual therapy — NFL players, PGA professionals, UFC fighters, Olympic athletes, and thousands of South Floridians whose only sport was wanting to live in their body comfortably. The work is the same either way: find what stopped moving, and fix it.

I keep the practice deliberately small. No clinic, no waiting room, no rotating staff — just me, my hands, and a roster of people serious about getting to the bottom of the thing.

"I take 15 sessions a week. When they're gone, they're gone."
